My senior year of high school (2016) myself and three other girls from my Interact Club participated in the Pitch-Er This competition. As a team, we planned and budgeted a community garden to better our village of Shepherd, and we pitched the the idea to the judges for $10,000. Although we did not win, we had a wonderful experience working and planning and presenting together. I am second from the left, and our group mentor is standing to my right. |
